Champagne & Blintzes Pop-Up Bar series

Beginning Thursday, April 3, New Gold Mountain will be playing host to its newest Pop-Up bar series with different cocktails and food pairings on the Red Level.

Offered Thursday – Saturday, from 6pm – 12am, the first series will feature Perrier Jöuet champagne and champagne cocktails, as well as blintzes prepared by former Rice Queen head chef, Jabili Mchawala.

Enjoy orange and sumac cured salmon, pickled shallots and crème fraîche or sweet and sour beetroots with orange, dill and crème fraîche. A glass of champagne and one blintz is $18 and a champagne cocktail with one blintz is $19.

The champagne cocktail, found on New Gold’s menu is ‘Old Saint Nic’, a delicious blend of Flor de Caña 7 year old rum, quince and lime topped with Perrier Jöuet and bitters.
