Bling Bing IPA by Bridge Road Brewers

If you’re a summer fan there’s not a lot to celebrate about this time of year, as the days get shorter, colder and darker. One consolation is that autumn’s perfect weather so snuggling up with a hand crafted IPA.
Zeus be praised, the likely lads up at Beechworth’s Bridge Road Brewers have just released the excellently named Bling Bing IPA, a limited release with a flavour profile that lives up to its name.
Bling Bing is a doubled-up version of its regular Bling IPA. That means more hops than a field full of kangaroos, a malty base finished off with a sweet citrus aroma. Rounding out the double-up is a hefty 8.5% booze content.
It pairs nicely with a steak or spicy cuisines like Indian and Mexican. Or goes equally as agreeably with a good book.
But do not dally. Bling Bing’s only available for a limited time on tap at The Village Brasserie, Slowbeer and Lui Bar. In bottles at all good craft beer shops.
