West Winds Gin: How to make a Cutlass Cocktail
Posted by Dan Kuseta

It’s no secret we love Mission to Seafarers, that rollicking Spanish-style building down the end of Flinders Street. It’s also no secret we love gin. And cocktails. So we recently visited the Mission with Jez and Jason from The West Winds gin have the best of both worlds.
With its bar made of a thousand corks, salty seadogs and wacky maritime theme, the Mission is the perfect place to kick back and make a drink. And play ping pong.
After a few rounds of missing the white ball Jason decided to whip up the Cutlass Cocktail, a potent take on the gimlet any pirate would be proud of. And perfect summer sipping.
Or as Jez describes it: “big, bold and badass.”
