Posted by Paul Drury
02. May, 2014
Since opening last year, Fatto Bar & Cantina has become a top casual Italian eatery, and the place to get one hell of a Negroni cocktail.
It’s a well-balanced aperitif to kick off your meal, or your night, and is true to the original Italian recipe.
Catch the Negroni cocktail during Fatto’s Aperitivo Hour, every day from 5pm – 7pm, along with Aperols, Peronis and Prosecco for $7.
Ingredients
30ml Beefeater 24 Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Cinzano Rosso
Slice of orange to garnish
Method
– Build ingredients over ice in a stemless glass
– Stir to combine and garnish with a slice of orange
– Enjoy!
