Founded in 2020 by Ben Circosta, Bippi is a Melbourne-made, family-owned business specialising in homemade Italian chilli. The recipe originates in 1955 by Ben’s Nonna Emilia. South Australian-based Ambra Spirits bring fun, flavour and passion to life with their range of traditionally inspired, locally produced spirits. Their signature limoncello is a 100% authentic Italian family recipe spanning generations inspired by co-founder Peppe Fusco’s grandparents’ recipe from their Amalfi Coast region. 

What’s in the kit you ask? Everything you need to construct a fiery, citrus spritz at home with a chilli salt rim. The kit contains the limited edition Bippi Chilli Salt, Ambra Limoncello, in a funky bottle, and chilli-infused dried fruit to garnish. To turn up the heat, a jar of Bippi Italian Style Hot Chilli can be found and a recipe sheet to make Limoncello Chilli Vongole.
