Global Street Eats at the Queen Vic Night Market

Celebrating 16 years, the Night Market at Queen Victoria Market has launched its annual summer carnival and this year promises to be even bigger. Over 150 stall holders will keep your stomachs and shopping bags busy, with regional gourmet producers, fashion & free local music acts showcasing their talents over three stages.

Foodies will be taken on a trip around the world with some old favourites and new flavours. Travel to the Caribbean with Roderick Grant from Bossman Jamaican Hut for jerk chicken, goat curry and curry channa. Hoy Pinoys will be firing up the Filipino charcoals with a variety of marinated grilled meats finished off with banana ketchup.

Elsewhere Mamak will be fanning their satay skewers to compliment their signature roti made to order, while chef Simon Ward from Hammer & Tong will be creating FOMO and queues with his soft shell crab burger.
