Looking for a novel way to purge yourself of the working-week woes? Fancy getting your tribal groove on to some African, Latin and house dance beats? Feeling inspired by the Olympics and looking to add an international flavour to your flailing exercise routine? Trying to keep ahead of the Northside hipster pack and discover the latest trend before the masses?

So many questions. Only one answer: Bokwa.

Before you bolt down to the local boozer this Friday, head along to Brunswick and shake your booty, Bokwa-style.

Taking inspiration from both boxing and South African warrior dancing, Bokwa is a dance/fitness program new to Australian shores. It is suited to auditory, kinesthetic and visual learners, so even the most uncoordinated oaf can get involved! In fact, Bokwa incorporates American Hand Sign Language and BOKWA Hand Signs to teach everyone in the class, including those who are hearing impaired.

So don your lycra or loincloth, because there’s really no excuse.
