Photographer of the week: Jack Shelton
Posted by Paul Drury
04. May, 2012
Jack Shelton doesn’t have a ‘first camera’ story. Instead, he started getting into taking pictures in high school after he realised it was the only thing he was getting good grades in.
Currently studying photography at RMIT, Jack has an interest in cinema, with his visual inspiration coming from cult movies and the stylised work of directors like Tarantino and the Coen brothers.
The idea for the hat series came after Jack wanted to contrast contemporary street styles worn by the other end of the age spectrum.
