Sardinian Cooking Class

This weekend sees the first in a series of three Sardinian cooking classes. In the first, local chef Sabine Ledda will reveal the saucy secrets Sardinian Fregole (similar to cous cous) in a tomato based sauce with seafood. Dessert is the Sardinian specialty, seadas: hot pastries filled with mozzarella and drizzled with honey.

Cost $35 – includes cooking demonstration with Sabine Ledda, a copy of the recipes, wine, lunch and a goodies bag!
