Burgers, beer and beans at Hoboken
Posted by Dan Kuseta

Not content with offering 1930’s era American staples like red beans and rice, Hosier Lane’s Hoboken is opening for dinner’s from this Wednesday serving that other American classic – the hamburger.
Simply but sorta fancy, Hoboken’s burgers are wrought from premium organic meat patties, hand-made in house brioche buns and few simple ingredients – no egg, pineapple or vegetarian options. There’s also hand cut fries too.
Hoboken’s doing their burgers from 6pm Wed – Sat in limited numbers, so get ’em while their hot. If you miss out there’s still beer ‘n’ beans.
3 Hosier Lane, Melbourne
Cafe open from 7am Mon – Fri
