We like gin, you like gin, we all like gin. But how much do you really know about the good stuff? As part of MFWF, chef Michael Nunn is doing a ‘scientific’ breakdown of the botanicals in gin, represented by six canapes. Don’t worry, you can drink and eat them too. And while you’re at the Gin Palace have a wonder along the back corridor linking to sister venue Bar Ampere.
