Trinity St Kilda

Located in the heart of St Kilda, on the corner of Chapel Street and Brighton Road, you’ll find the newly renovated and refined Trinity Hall. With all you could ever need for the perfect Sunday session, or just a casual weekday evening out, Trinity St Kilda has food trucks, a cocktail menu and a wide selection of beers to choose from to keep the whole group happy.

With a beautiful array of plants, lighting and modern fixtures, the halls have been turned into a bar that invites all from far and wide. It has options for both groups small and large, and a “hideaway” room where patrons can go to either watch a sports game or have a drink in lavish style. Not only has the furniture been all handpicked, but the biggest twist is the mirror that doubles as a TV when you need it.

Outside you’ll find Trinity’s local food truck, serving up a range of your classic favourites, including mac and cheese croquettes, deep-fried halloumi, cheeseburgers, crab rolls and more. If you have a bit of a sweet tooth, you might be in luck to have the infamous Holiday Parlour food truck on site, which offers a range of waffles with all your favourite sauces to select. Be mindful that the food trucks rotate, although there will always be something delicious on hand. Expect to see La Tacos, Cha Cha’s Vegan Mexican, Miww’s Kitchen, and many others.

There’s a range of beers on tap and an extensive list of cocktails, ranging from the classic espresso martini to something slightly more unique choice in the shape of a gospel whisky sour. There’s definitely an option for all, and the cocktails will probably go down a little too quickly, which your bank account won’t thank you. Personality, I couldn’t go past the white chocolate passionfruit martini – the biggest struggle is trying to saviour the flavour without drinking it all in one gulp!

To celebrate International Burger Day this Saturday 28 May, Trinity will be giving away FREE burgers for all! Between 12 pm to 3 pm, head down and get your hands on an unlimited supply of cheeseburgers (with a plat-based option also available).

Be sure to get down to St Kilda and give this great new venue the love it deserves.

Somewhere Else video sings of summer

It almost sounds like the premise of a reality TV show: pile a bunch of artists in a bus for seven days, send them across Mexico and see what happens.
