Having squeezed into our skinny jeans after lockdown, we’re probably all due for a juice cleanse. Popular Chapel Street juice bar Mr Squeeze is here to support this endeavour, having opened its second location, this time in Melbourne’s historic Royal Arcade.

Conceived and run by the Suraces – a local Melbourne family – in September 2020, Mr Squeeze is a smoothie and juice bar specialising in cold-pressed juices, nourishing smoothies, wellness shots and açai bowls. Featuring only the best and freshest produce, their nutritiously pure combinations showcase fruit and veg as nature intended, with no added nasties like refined sugars.

Top pick juices include the Re Energiser (strawberry, banana, orange, pineapple), Green With Envy (kale, celery, cucumber, spinach, apple, mint) and the Day Saver (ginger, lemon, orange, pineapple, cinnamon, honey). You can also squeeze some goodness into your morning with one of their shots or smoothies, or even take it to the next level with one of their açai bowls.

For CBD workers and those within an acceptable radius, Mr Squeeze is also available on UberEats.
