Swan Street’s Beer and Burger Bar

Beer and Burger Bar (BBB) has recently renovated their popular location on Swan Street and are back in a big, big, big way. 

Down the road from the infamous Corner Hotel, BBB is a central location to meet mates for a pre-gig feed. Draped with neon signage and filled with good music, the space also works well for birthdays, work functions, and if you’re thinking long term, Christmas parties. 

Let’s talk cocktails. Classics such as Aperol Spirtz, espresso martini and margarita are available. Interesting choices include the ‘Dark n’ Stormy,’ ‘Fairy Floss Spritz,’ and ‘Pour Some Sugar on Me’ – we recommend these if you are up to trying something a little different.

If you are after an alcohol-free night, BBB also has you covered. The ‘crazy shakes’ are literally to die for, starting with ‘Death by Chocolate,’ which gets topped with a rich delicious piece of cake on the top of the glass. Or if you are more of an Oreo fan, choose the Oreo shake, which is accompanied with the biggest Oreo you might ever see, and Oreo pieces creamed to the side of the glass. Other crazy shakes include Salted Caramel, Raspberry and Cookie Monster.

While they are famous for meat-based burgers, the food menu caters for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The Classic Beef, The Classic Cheese and The Beast, are some of the favourites, and they feature the BBB’s tasty burger sauce. The Southern Fried Chicken, The B.O.B and The KPOP are a couple more burgers on offer. The loaded fries, mac ‘n’ cheese balls, wings, onion rings and others, are great either on their own or accompanied by one of the famous burgers.
