The eyes are meant to see all, but can you really believe what you see? This question underlies the plot in the latest haunting piece by the REDROOM Theatre Company, Himmelweg.

Set during the Nazi reign of terror in World War Two, Himmelweg details the true story of the controversial Red Cross inspection of Theresienstadt Concentration Camp in 1944. Performances are superb and the atmosphere chilling.

The dark subject matter is not for everyone, but if you’re a history buff or in to macabre subject matter Himmelweg is definitely worth your time and money.

A Skull in Connemara

Martin McDonagh’s least performed play of his Leenane Trilogy, A Skull in Connemara, is an unnerving display of small town Ireland in this morbid black comedy.
