Benefit for Blackie – Feat Regurgitator & The Meanies

Australian Punk frontman Blackie (member of bands Nunchukka Superfly and the Hard-ons) was assaulted in line of his work as a cab driver, so his people have gotten together in the true spirit of charity and punk music to raise funds to aid his recovery. This means there’s going to be a kickass show, with all proceeds to help Blackie out, as he is incapacitated for the next couple of months and unable to work.

Bands participating include Regurgitator, The Meanies, The Spazzy’s, Dead, and Bat Piss. The show is remarkably affordable for this much talent, and it’s truly awesome how people in the underground show such loyalty and good will to each other. The best shows are the ones made out of love, so come be a part of the goodness.
