Australian coffee institution Industry Beans are brewing some serious coffee game at their sleek flagship Fitzroy haunt. Occupying a surgical, all-white space with an adjoining take-away zone, local punters sporting Birkies, their doggos and athleisure get their caffeine hit any way they desire. Experts and leading ideators in all-things coffee, Industry Beans has all your coffee needs sorted.

Leaping beyond the standard long black, soy flat whites and oat cappuccinos of the world, Industry Beans offers Bubble Coffee. A cult-favourite and all-around delicious, their bubble coffee comes in exciting flavours of Salted Caramel, Pandan and a brand-new flavour coming soon.

Hands up if you’re an Espresso Martini stan! Industry Bean’s Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate is the perfect base for everyone’s favourite cocktail. A specially crafted three-bean blend, the concentrate brings together origins from Brazil, Honduras and Papua New Guinea to create a rich and satisfying taste. Simply shake 30mL of Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate and 60mL of Mr Black Coffee Liqueur with ice and double strain into a martini glass!

The ready-to-drink coffee range is ideal for those who lead a chaotic lifestyle of back-to-back Zoom meetings. The Fitzroy Iced Coffee and Single Origin Cold Brew Cans are two options to keep in your fridge at home for when things spiral out of control.

Now operating out of seven venues across Australia, Industry Beans is a great brunch spot. The all-day dining menu features decadent treats such as plain and almond croissants, peanut butter brownies and banana bread, signature brunch options like Avocado Smash, Chilli Barramundi Folded Eggs and the IB Breakfast Roll and mains like Coffee Rubbed Wagyu Burger, Native Grains and Chicken & Muntari Berry.

Founded in 2013 by brothers Trevor and Steve Simmons, Industry Beans are led by their vision of roasting high-quality coffee and serving delicious meals.
