Crown just got a lot more entertaining with Holey Moley and Juke’s Karaoke

Fun Lab, the team behind Holey Moley have recently opened their newest golf club at Crown Entertainment complex. Holey Moley fulfils your nostalgia for the mini-golfing of your childhood, while adding in an adult twist in the form of fun cocktails.

If you’ve already been to the CBD edition of Holey Moley, it’s well worth checking out the Crown golf club as the themes for each hole are different. At the Crown Holey Moley, you can enjoy putting yourself out of jail in Monopoly, blast your way past E.T. and even sink a hole while inside a glass case full of money blowing all over you – for real. Keeping in line with its home at Crown, there are even a couple of casino-themed holes with roulette and pokie machine holes.

One of the great things about Holey Moley is that a lot of the holes are interactive, and there’s plenty of opportunities to take photos of you and your friends inside each theme – get on the bike with E.T., jump into the Flintstone car or take your mark in a Mario Kart.

The best part? You can drink and golf – the caddies will come and take your order and there’s places at every hole to rest your drink so you don’t have to dunk your ball. You will definitely want to drink one or two (or three or four) of the funky cocktails on offer. Choose from Shark Bite (which comes in a shark), Sugar Caddy (which, true to its name comes full of sugar and topped with a candy kebab) or Duck Duck Joose, served in a tiny bathtub. Prefer something less ostentatious? While I personally can’t imagine why you wouldn’t want to drink out of a shark, you can also order from a selection of beer, wine, spirits and mocktails.

If you’re planning on going on a Friday or Saturday night, the lines for each hole can get a bit long, but the Caddies do a great job at making sure everyone is having good time – from offering things like impromptu beer pong or magic tricks to keep people entertained in the lines.

If you’re not all putted out after your mini-golfing, you can continue the fun at Juke’s – a new retro-themed Karaoke Bar owned by the same people next door.

Either stand at the bar and enjoy the classics from Juke himself, the piano player or one of the talented bar staff who can all sing and dance, or take your friends into one of the private karaoke rooms. Each karaoke room is decked out with retro décor, and there are options to suit all group sizes. From inside the room you can order food and drink and they’ll bring it right to you – check out the disco ball cocktail bowls.

Both Holey Moley and Juke’s are great new additions to the Crown Complex, offering retro yet fresh fun for your inner-child or yearning for the 70s – check them out the next time you’re nearby.
