The Holy Weekender

Holy moly! The Holy Weekender returns to the bustling Glenferrie Station precinct this Saturday, 18 November, and is tipped to be a day of fun, sun (if Melbourne weather forecasts can be trusted) and cool vibes. Make your way down to Holy Moly and immerse yourself in vibrant street art, market stalls, sleek tunes, pizza and beer, all curated by The Working Class Secret Services and Montanasa,

The second instalment of Holy Weekender is made possible by the holy trinity of Ironlak, Coors Beer and Holy Moly – the cheap pizzeria with a distinctive affiliation for religious paraphernalia. Kicking off at 10am and chugging along for seven hours, expect to peruse through a heap of streetwear stalls and pay attention to the dance battles from Melbourne’s best freestylers.

The free event’s main drawcard is Holy Moly’s Pizza Eating Competition. The lucky winner will lay claim to a treasure trove of free pizza for an entire year. Think of all the Margherita and Bianca pizzas – two personal favourites – you could eat. The competition is tough, and only three competitors will be selected so get in fast if you think your appetite won’t betray you.

For those who peak in the late afternoon–evening timeslot, then Holy Moly has you sorted with an after party fit with karaoke.

See you there!
