Seasonal produce is all the rage and this week at Fed Square you can dip your beak in the best produce, beer, wine and cider from regional Victoria.

Flavour Exchange brings producers from all over our fair state so you can meet the makers, learn about their process and, most importantly, have a drink to celebrate all this camaraderie.

Producers include Two Birds Brewing, Dal Zotto and Pizzini wineries, Golden Axe cider and produce from Rustica Sourdough. And they’ll be more than happy to give some tips on picnics, Spring Racing fare and recipes.

Not a bad way to celebrate the flavours of spring and say g’day to the good people who make it happen.

Flavour Exchange is happening Wed 2 and Thurs 3 October from 5pm at The Atrium at Fed Square.
Tickets ($25 online/$30 onsite) are here and include ten beverage and food vouchers.
