Any exhibition called “The Black Hole Collection” is bound to be fascinating. And so it is with Madhu Malhotra’s solo outing – a highly detailed, hand-drawn foray into the dark and enigmatic influences of everyday life.
Often described as “tribal”, “Celtic”, “Indian” and “tattoo” art, Madhu’s artwork is drawn from life experience, and the theme of the artwork is reflected in both the artistic medium and in the execution of the pieces.
Much like being on the cusp of a black hole, the invite-only exhibition will be on show for one night only on October 24, with prints available to view and purchase by order at the exhibition.
