Do you feel a little glum when the Comedy Festival winds up every year? Well don’t wait till April for your next funny fix.

Get yourself down to the Wonderland Spiegeltent in Docklands for a dose of Fiona O’Loughlin.

We came to know and love her as the wildly inappropriate mum from Alice Springs, and since winning the Best Newcomer Award at the Melbourne festival in 2001, O’Loughlin has taken the comedy world by storm.

She’s been busy in Montreal and Edinburgh, playing to sell out crowds and earning critical acclaim, but she’s back on home soil with a new focus in her work. Apparently it’s a little bit Bette Midler and a little bit Cher.

Whatever the theme, its sure to be a whole lot funny. If you don’t mind laughing till your face hurts, don’t miss this gig. What better way to light up a Sunday afternoon?
