International Zouk Flash Mob

Melbourne’s going to find out what the hell Zouk is when the flash mobs hit Melbourne this Sunday.
Zouk dance is a dance style that evolved from lambada in the early 1990s, and has been around for around 20 years but few know of it.
Thousands of zouk dancers from more than 40 countries will surprise you when you’re trying to have a quiet chat with an estranged family member or when you’re in the middle of a difficult relationship break-up! Yay!
For those of you who dig this sort of thing, this complex operation is done 100% voluntarily, for the love of dance.
The organisers of the international zouk flash mob believe that it doesn’t matter where you are from; we all speak the same language in dance. I must have a speech impediment or slur or something, cause I got two left feet.
WHEN: Sunday, 16 September, who knows what time?!
WHERE: Tipped to be around Southbank Boulevard, just could be anywhere the CBD, in multiple locations!
