The other day I went on a blind date.  To get in the mood, my housemate and I played a game of “Worst Case Scenario”, aka “Would You Rather”. My housemate presented me with pairs of catastrophic first date scenarios, from which I had to pick the most preferable option. E.g.: Would you rather he has halitosis or is a little bit racist? Would you rather he has no hands or is a close-talker?

I think you get the gist. Ok, so now here’s one for you: Would you rather go to a Sunday School where you learn about sins and Baby Jesus or one where you learn about wine and baby cheeses?

If you picked the latter, you’re in luck! Montalto Vineyard & Olive Grove have just started their casual, festive but informative First (Wine) Sunday program. Each of the monthly sessions has a different focus but the aim is to increase understanding about grape growing and winemaking and to allow participants to taste local and international wines with delicious food. The sessions will be hosted by expert ‘wine guys’ and can be booked on a casual basis or as a complete program.

WHEN: Monthly, from Sunday 1 July 2012 to Sunday 2 June 2013
