While Sunday might be the day of rest, Saturday is the day to get things done in preparation for that down time. And it doesn’t get much more hands on and wholesome than a farmer’s market in a community garden.

On the first Saturday of every month get thee down to the Veg Out Community Garden where you can scoop up organic and low impact veggies, herbs, cheeses, honey, wine, smoked meat and fish, pretty much everything that’s good and edible in the world, sold directly by the producer.

Get a good start to the weekend, and remember your calico bag.

WHEN: Sat 7 July, 8.30am to 1pm
WHERE: Veg Out Community Garden, Shakespeare Gve & Chaucer St, St Kilda
