New Dub City @ June’s Uncomfortable Beats

Uncomfortable Beats is back again to warm up the winter’s chill in Fitzroy with their usual smorgasbord of delicious and futuristic music. On this night’s menu we have New Dub City, a reggae/dub band fronted by Ali MC. This band has travelled long and far and have wonderful intent, touring war-torn nations, distant aboriginal communities and actively protesting racism and police brutality.

Also joining the line-up are Perth-based synth-pop artist, Tomas Ford, and analog EDM duo Rachel Haircut, as well as Uncomfortable Beats residents Ghostsoul and DJ Shikung. All this talent comes for free, courtesy of Bar Open.
