Emerging choreographer James Welsby will be launching his contemporary dance show Tidefolk Fictions at Melbourne Aquarium using the beautiful sea creatures and their enclosures as part of his performance. Exploring the relationship between humans and the mighty oceans that surround the land we all live on, this forty minute act is a collection of fantasy stories about transforming into sea creatures told through dancing is suspenseful, wonderful, and even humorous. Little Mermaid, eat your heart out!

WHEN: Wednesday 9 May – Saturday 12 May, 4pm
