Pawno Ticket Giveaways

You kind of misread the title just then. I said Pawno, not the other kind… (Sorry to disappoint anyone!)
Anyway, Pawno is actually an Australian film that was made right here in Melbourne. Set in a Footscray pawn shop, the film is a comedy where the shop’s owner deals with the locals and their intertwining stories, from blossoming romance to desperate last gambles, these twelve individuals’ stories represent the best and the worst of one day in the life of Melbourne’s most hopeful and giddily mixed-up suburb.
The film was the fastest selling Australian film at the 2015 Melbourne International Film Festival, and stars Australian actors such as John Brumpton, Kerry Armstrong, Tony Rickards, Maeve Dermody and Mark Coles Smith.
Milk Bar Magazine are offering to give 5 of our lucky readers 2 tickets each to Pawno. The film opens nationally on Thursday April 21st and will be screening at The Sun, The Lido, The Classic, The Cameo, Village cinemas at Sunshine, Southland and the Jam Factory and Hoyts at Highpoint. All you have to do is send an email to matt@milkbarmag.com with your full name and address.
