Cocktail of the week: Tom’s Hot Apple Strudel
Posted by Glennise Pinili
23. May, 2014
Tom’s Hot Apple Strudel cocktail is a perfect treat for winter.
It’s aptly reminiscent of the Eastern European strudel dessert, and uses a blend of Sailor Jerry’s spiced rum, apple juice, soy milk, maple syrup and cinnamon, combined and steamed in a milk jug on a coffee machine.
Garnished with a cinnamon quill, flamed in high proof rum, this drink is fragrant, sweet and comforting on a cold winter evening. It’s also vegan friendly. Catch it at Los Barbudos.
