If you’re in the market for a beautiful property in an affluent area, The Grounds of Kew has you covered. The lavish complex has drawn inspiration from the surrounding mansions and Federation architecture, with a modern twist on how Melburnians live today.
The residences start off at $1,415,000 for a two-bedroom apartment, spanning up to $4,780,000 for a penthouse. There will be four levels with 20 individual apartments. Manicured gardens are one of the many perks the new occupants will get to appreciate. This spacious new wave of living in Kew celebrates innovation and design at its finest. The potential buyers of Kew will not be disappointed with this beautiful and modern property development.
The spectacular introductory event for customers to gain their first glimpse of the apartments was executed with style and luxury. Premium furniture supplier Living Edge, audio specialists Bang and Olufsen, and luxe pet accessory brand Animals in Charge, celebrated the spectacular pop up event on the Thursday, 7 June. The space is styled by Interior Stylist, Eve Gunson from Dot + Pop. The pop-up displayed a one-bedroom suite hosted by Beulah International.
The event was inspired by the suite’s luxurious location, which is on the border of the exclusive Sackville Ward. With marble bench tops and the well-appointed furniture, the lavish interior pays homage to its surroundings. Through space and grace, this is modern living with a traditional sense of luxury.
To top it off is an adorable marketing campaign consisting of short promotional episodes of the living arrangements of some very upmarket kids. You can view these on The Grounds of Kew website. These episodes are clever with the viewer being in for a bit of fun!
