Fromage a Trois

If you thought April meant saying goodbye to summer and you’re feeling bleu, then boy do I have some brie-liant news to share with my fellow cheese-lovers out there. The Fromage a Trois Cheese Festival is baaack!
Curd your enthusiasm, ladies and gentlemen, as the enormous one-day cheese picnic will be held at Werribee Park Mansion on Sunday, 8 April, featuring wine, craft beer, cider, local produce, and most importantly, cheese, from local Victorian producers.
Taste samples and purchase directly from a range of exhibitors, including Maggie Beer, Maker & Monger, Milk the Cow, Frencheese, Coldstream Brewery, Willie Smith’s Cider, Pops Premium Popsicles, Blue Prenees Estate, and more.
Alternatively, you can check out the Build Your Own Picnic Pavilion, which will have a variety of exhibitor products for sale, all in one place. Take your pick from the gourmet cheeses, baguettes, lavosh, figs and quince paste, and plop yourself down on the lawn to enjoy some live music.
Early bird tickets start at $35 + booking fee, while you can also pre-order hampers from Richmond Hill Café and Larder and let the experts put something together for you. I can’t think of a feta way to spend a Sunday afternoon, so let the gouda times roll, and get yourself along to Fromage a Trois!
