We’re more than excited about Mr. Wow’s new cocktail menu. As winner of ‘Best Entertainment’ in the 2013 TimeOut Bar Awards, it’s no secret that this quirky bar is chock full of good times.

This week’s cocktail is sweet with spice and everything nice. Unleash your inner entertainer by drinking the ‘Fire Breather’. The sparkler garnish makes for a fun addition to this already full-flavoured drink. Word of advice, this cocktail is not for the faint hearted.

Ingredients:

45ml Tromba
5-10ml Chilli Tequila
15-20ml Lime
3 Large Barspoons Strawberry Rhubarb Puree

Method:

Add all ingredients to large jam jar. Fill with crushed ice and churn. Garnish with mint sprig and sparkler.

It almost sounds like the premise of a reality TV show: pile a bunch of artists in a bus for seven days, send them across Mexico and see what happens.
