LaManna opens Melbourne’s first cheese laboratory

Along with That’s Amore Cheese, LaManna supermarket gives shoppers and turophiles the opportunity to watch cheese being handmade in an exciting display. Have you ever eaten fresh mozzarella that is so fresh that it is still warm? Well, this is your chance to sample and purchase cheese made mere minutes prior. The variety of cheeses available include mozzarella, bocconcini, burrata and trecce. Seriously, I cannot emphasise how mouth-watering these cheeses are!

We [make] our cheeses in our factory every day, so to be able to work with the LaManna team to give the public the opportunity to watch it being handmade in-store is really rewarding,’ says That’s Amore Cheese founder and director, Giorgio Linguanti.
