Superfluid has recently hit the streets of Melbourne, and if you are all about a healthy alternative when it comes to alcohol, this place is for you. The Carlton Club on Bourke Street has become the new home for Superfluid, and with its range of juices, cocktails and mocktails, it’s definitely something you will want to try.
From the blue algae cocktails to the metabolism digestion immunity juice, there is something for everyone. There is a number of different juice mixers, ranging from weight loss cleanse juice to brain boosting. The ‘brain power anti-inflammatory probiotic’ juice contains almond mylk, coconut nectar, vegan yoghurt culture and other delicious ingredients, to get the brain moving. If you simply feel like a body cleanse, the ‘energy cleansing weight loss’ juice is for you and contains watermelon, beetroot, mint and lime — your body will thank you for it later.
Superfluid is a funky new bar with a fresh energy that puts a spin on the average bar. The leopard-print wallpaper and lighting covered by leaves and ferns will make you think you have entered a place completely different to any bar you’ve ever seen before. You can choose from groovy green booths to sit in, inside or at outdoor table settings where you will catch a nice breeze on a beautiful Melbourne day. There is also a DJ, so once you’ve had a couple too many cocktails, you will be able to show off your great dance moves. Superfluid is literally flowing with a great buzz and atmosphere.
