Winter Flavour Exchange

I’m stating the obvious here, but Melbourne is big on food. (Cue all the “Duhs!” across town). But Melbourne foodies will be delighted to hear about the Winter Flavour Exchange coming up in June at Fed Square with all sorts of foods, wines and beers ready at their taste buds’ disposal.

There will be food on offer from the likes of Mantra Lounge in Carlton, Melbourne’s first completely vegan restaurant. Napoleone Brewery & Ciderhouse will be showcasing their top beverages all the way from Coldstream. La Tortilleria will be serving their authentic Mexican corn tortillas. Cooper’s Pies, naturally, has some good ol’ Aussies pies on offer, while Peninsula Fudge has plenty of lemon meringe, sticky date caramel, chocolate rum and raisin, cherry temptation and other fudges to melt in your mouth.

All those foods has gotten you drooling, hasn’t it? Well, you should give them a treat or two at the Winter Flavour Exchange, and they will love you for it (though your stomach might not eating all this great stuff).
