Though everyone looks forward to Friday night, movie buffs will especially be eager as every Friday ACMI hosts Friday On My Mind, a weekly interview series hosted by Sandra Sdraulig with Australia’s top directors, screenwriters, producers, actors and every other job in the film industry.

This week’s guest is Jan Chapman, producer of acclaimed movies The Piano and Lantana, will talk about her experiences as a movie producer, from helping directors and actors develop their talents to her ongoing partnership with Oscar winning screenwriter and director Jane Campion.

This weekly event is free, and tickets can be picked up from 10am on the day of the event.
