Now it’s spring, it might be a good time to head over to that ol’ bay on the Esplanade, and get some sunshine on that white skin for a spot of shopping. Of course you want to, you know you do.

This market’s been going strong since 1970, and is now officially solar powered again with another winter’s waning. Over 130 arts and crafts peeps have stalls by the bay. There should be lots of unique goods and souvenirs around (some handcrafted and sold direct from the artists themselves), loads of yummy gear in your guts, maybe a dip in the pond, and perhaps a cider at the Espie.

Will she sell seashells by the seashore? Tell me if she does and buy one for me.

WHEN: Every Sunday, 10am-5pm
WHERE: Between Fitzroy Street and Acland St, beside Luna Park, Upper Esplanade, St Kilda
