To market, to market to buy a fat pig. Home again, home again jiggity-jig.
Ahh, those were the days - when markets dispensed with hefty swine with reckless abandon and spurred little dances of joy.
Times have changed, but market shopping can still inspire delight and the Kingsbury Drive Community Market is living proof. Every Sunday there is a veritable treasure trove of craft, bric-a-brac, flowers, produce, plants and other goods on offer as well as opportunities for new stall-holders to get involved! And what’s more, income from the market operation helps to support the local community.
Wins all round.
WHEN: Every Sunday from 9am - 1pm
WHERE: La Trobe University, Car Park 2, Kingsbury Drive, Bundoora
