Gasworks Circus Showdown

You’d think that the circus wouldn’t need more excitement, but catering to those who want ‘More! More!’, Gasworks are hosting their inaugural circus showdown. Yep, and it gets better. Over three nights, a live judging panel and the audience (yes, that’s you), get to choose who goes into the grand final!

What does this showdown involve, I hear you ask? Why, only a highwire smackdown of the highest order, involving eleven of Australia’s finest circus and physical theatre acts, involving the trapeze, ropes, contortion, clowning, hoops and more.

Get involved, this could be the closest you’ll come to running away and joining the circus.

Tickets can be purchased on the website, or by ringing 9699 3253. Tickets for the May 2-3 shows are $25 Adult / $22 Concession; Grand Finale (5 May) $30 Adult / $27 Concession.
