Twenty Pho Seven

Who doesn’t love food they don’t have to wait until dinner or daybreak for?

Melbourne’s nightlife means you’re usually pho-raging around the area for something to soothe your booze-soaked belly. If you are the kind of person who likes a late night feed but not necessarily the consequences to your waistline, Australia’s first 24-hour pho restaurant is quite simply pho you.

The latest venture from the group behind contemporary Vietnamese hotspot Hochi Mama (Thai Ho, Midawell Phal and new partner George Do), Twenty Pho Seven delivers a simple, tasty menu that is absolutely un-pho-gettable.

You can dare to be different with the offering of offal, or stick to your standard pho-nomenal chicken, beef, vegetable or vegan soup. There’s spring rolls, banh mi or rice paper rolls to settle the sides of your stomach and a full scale cocktail bar provides bubble cup cocktails.

If you think I’m pho-king around, take a stroll on your next late night adventure to the top end of Russell Street, where 20 Pho 7 will greet you with its gritty, graphic, industrial interior.
