To celebrate the recent World Cocktail Week The Emerson has just launched their new winter cocktail menu. There is less focus on the sweeter things, with deep, earthy flavours to fight off the winter chill. Take the pepper grindings of “Thyme After Thyme” and the spiced rum and ginger of “Jet Black and Stormy”.
Nonetheless, the institution still lives up to its summery reputation with fresh and flirty bubble cup cocktails – fruity jelly pieces set with coconut water and champagne, or pomegranate molasses and gin, sealed in plastic cups.
A fitting way to warm up with sips as the mercury slips.
