Melbourne Food and Wine and HOSTPLUS have joined forces to launch a brand new scholarship aimed at a rising star in the hospitality industry. The winner will gain international work experience in three venues across the world – chosen around the winner’s area of expertise – whether it’s in the kitchen, restaurant, vineyard or brewery.
Better yet, it’s followed by a year-long mentorship with a local industry leader when they return home. It could be the career kick-start of a lifetime.
The scholarship is open to anyone aged 18 – 30 years old and includes return international flights as well as $2000 spending money.
Entries close 23 April so get applying!
