Carnivores Ball

Calling all meat lovers, including those with a sweet tooth. Jess Pryles (aka BurgerMary) is back again and teaming up with some of our country’s best producers and chefs to bring Carnivores Ball to the magnificent Ormond Hall on April 4 and 5.

A bit of change from her usual protein-induced coma, BurgerMary’s three-course menu celebrates all things meat, including desserts. From 7pm, it’s a showdown with meat as the star. Then, prepare yourself for a sweet and savoury finish, as pastry talents Shaun Quade and Gavin Baker bring you home with the pork fat caramel doughnut, finished with cinnamon and pork scratching sugar, accompanied with baked sweet corn custard.

It’s all happening at St Kilda Road’s iconic art institution. Get ready for a late night with a western flair. And, the dress code is entirely optional; so feel free to wear anything from a tuxedo to a t-shirt.

Book your tickets to Carnivores Ball at www.carnivoresball.com
Doors open at 4pm, with dinner served at 7pm.
