Laura Lown’s Cheese 101 classes are perfect for all cheese (and wine) lovers out there, whether you are a mad cheesemonger like Laura or simply starting out. And they take place at the perfect venue: St. Kilda’s Milk The Cow where over 100 artisan cheese are on offer.

Not only will you get all cheesed-out with Laura, Cheese 101 focuses on the simple yet beautiful pairing of the cheese selected with the perfect alcoholic beverage to complement the many flavours and undertones that are unique to both.

And if you don’t fancy a class but wouldn’t mind a nibble of cheddar, Milk the Cow offers an epic Cheese Flight Plates with matching beer, whisky and sake.

Laura Lown’s Cheese 101 class happens once a month. To find out more visit milkthecow.com.au.
