Tequila Tromba By Toma Tequila

Ever thought of yourself as the next Tom Cruise in Cocktail but feel you lack that special touch with tequila that would make Eva Longoria weak at the knees? Then grab your shaker and salsa on down to Toma Tequila cocktail making classes.
Run by the brains behind Tequila Tromba, Toma Tequila shows you how to craft this Mexican specialty beyond those hangover-inducing shots, how to recognise good tequila and how to serve it to bring out its delicate, fresh flavours.
A Toma class runs for two hours and begins with information on the origin and production of tequila, after which you whet your palate with a tequila tasting. Then the piece de resistance: making your very own tequila cocktails. Breaks will be filled with tasting plates of traditional and delectable Mexican canapés, thanks to the Little Blood kitchen.
WHEN: Thursday 25 October, 6pm-8pm
WHERE: Little Blood, Level 1, 272 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy
