When someone promises a magic show will deliver “sixty mind-blowing minutes” and makes other sweeping claims involving the words “astonishing, amazing, baffling, dazzling and exhilarating” – my first reaction is usually scepticism. I can’t help but feel there is some severe overcompensation occurring and that the whole thing might just be a massive let-down.

Nonetheless, some might say that I have a severe attitude problem and I should just shut up and stop ruining things by forecasting disappointment and unmet expectations.

So disregard my conjecture and listen-up …

Charles Gauci, the President of the Australian Society of Magicians, is a master of Intuition, Telepathy, Premonition and Super Memory. Gauci’s participatory theatre is LIFE CHANGING. The legend has nearly 50 years’ experience, a computer-like brain and several world tours under his belt. His new show involves hundreds of minds, including yours, and will come to Melbourne’s Butterfly Club this month. It’s an astounding journey into the unknown. Apparently you’d have to be puffin’ muffins to miss it.
