It’ll be an evening replete with shucking and slurping for seafood aficionados, as Oyster Frenzy 6.0 kicks into gear at the Albert Park Hotel on Thursday 23 August. The event blends champagne with seafood canapés, oysters (that famed aphrodisiac) with premium wine and beer—all the ingredients for a superb, if mollusc-oriented, bacchanalia.
The Albert Park Hotel will once again transform its upstairs into an elaborate seafood bar for the night, stocked with quite literally thousands of oysters.
