The Middle Fish Market feat. TheSuperCool

Mobile emporium, TheSuperCool, forms partnerships with various cafes around Melbourne with a different take and experience of retail, sort of like the experiences you’d have at markets in strange and exotic places overseas. They exhibit their unique range of SuperCool giftware to offer people who happen to be at the right place at the right time.

This time they take the show to Middle Fish, a Thai restaurant who wish to collaborate with TheSuperCool to give the diner an experience parallel to marketplaces in Thailand. Middle Fish is a daytime cafe located in Carlton, offering succulent mussel omelets, curries, noodles, raw vegetable dishes, fish cakes and homemade sriracha chilla sauce.

TheSuperCool will be setting up shop in Middle Fish for two days in mid-August, displaying kid’s toys, hipster homewares, vintage collectables, and limited edition stock and gifts. They will also be bringing along their amazing spinning wheel, which will dish out joint prizes with Middle Fish. You’ll be a part of this as you’re chowing down on Middle Fish’s delicious street Thai styles of food, prepared by their chefs in skilled demos. If you miss out on the market show, the wares will still be at Middle Fish from Friday 10 August, till Sunday 19 August.

WHEN: (Actual Market showcase) Saturday/Sunday, 10/11 August, 10am-4pm
WHERE: Middle Fish, 122-128 Berkeley Street, Carlton
