If so, then perhaps you already have a glass in your hand, swirling around the smooth, caramel coloured liquid as you read the evening paper, a daily routine. Or maybe you’re watching an old Clint Eastwood western and beginning to feel a desperate need to connect. Either way you are in luck – the Single Malt Collective invite Melbourne’s whisky lovers to come and savour the taste of this month’s feature, Inverarity.  The evening will be hosted at the Chez Regine bar and presented by Cerbaco, for a night filled with rich discussion and of course, whisky!
