Cutler & Co are getting into the autumnal spirit with North By Northwest, the first in a series of dinners focusing on seasonal produce from different regions of Victoria. Monday’s inaugural featst will focus on 0food and wine from the state’s north west.
The five course dinner paired with local wines includes pheasant from Bendigo Gourmet Poultry and Game, Sher Wagyu served with a limited release of single block Heathcote Estate Shiraz and Alex Wilcox’s chestnuts with Bress Bon Bon cider.
Space are limited and it ain’t cheap. But we reckon it’ll be pretty special.
